Saah Joseph Mayah

Chairman

Saah Joseph Mayah is a seasoned financial and administrative professional with over thirteen years of experience in banking, public sector finance, and development consulting. He has held senior roles including Financial Comptroller at the National Oil Company of Liberia and Managing Partner/CEO of Development Oriented Consulting (DOC).

James F. Kollie, Jr., PhD

James F. Kollie, Jr., PhD, CMA is a management and developmental consultant. James has more than 25 years of experience in business, government, and non-profit. James served the Government of Liberia for 10 years in various capacities including Deputy Minister for Regional and Sectoral Planning; Deputy Minister of Finance for Revenues; Deputy Minister of Finance for Fiscal Affairs; Acting Minister of Finance; and Commissioner/CEO of the Liberia Maritime Authority.

Atty. Jeuconte E. Berry

Mr. Jeuconte Emmanuel Berry, Esq. work experience cuts across the legal profession, the banking sector, as well as the NGO sector. He has worked with the Supreme Court of Liberia as a legal researcher. Prior to his engagement with the legal profession, he also served as Operations Manager at the Guaranty Trust Bank (Liberia) Ltd. He holds a bachelor and master degree in Economics and Finance respectively, from the Cuttington University, and a law degree (LLB) from the Louise Arthur Grimes School of Law, University of Liberia. He is a member of the Liberia National Bar Association (LNBA).

Richmond E. Jallah

President/CEO

Richmond Emmanuel Jallah is a seasoned finance executive with over 15 years of experience across the oil, mining, audit, and public sectors. He has held senior leadership roles, including Financial Comptroller at the National Oil Company of Liberia and General Manager/Finance Manager in the mining industry, with strong expertise in IFRS reporting, financial systems implementation, and corporate governance. He holds an MBA in Accounting from Cuttington University and is a CPA finalist, with ongoing legal studies toward a Juris Doctor degree from the Liberia School of Law (LSL). Mr. Jallah is recognized for driving financial transformation, strengthening compliance, and delivering strategic solutions that support sustainable growth.
