- The Kardinal Group of Companies is a local full service oil and gas company that focuses on the oil and gas value chain, ranging from upstream, mid-stream and down-stream.
- The company was established in 2021 after the amendment of the New Petroleum Act of 2014 that provides a mandatory 5% equity interest to Liberian owned companies.
- Kardinal Group of Companies has been pre-qualified by the Liberian Petroleum Regulatory Authority (LPRA).
- The company is a one hundred (100%) Liberian owned and operated.
